General Terms of Use

Welcome to the portals of afema24.com, home of the EMEU Euno Mind Echo University® and Veganrando.com. Thank you for your interest in what we do.

These Terms of Use govern your general, informational use of our portals. They are designed to ensure a fair, transparent and secure experience for everyone.

Our portals include both a public area, open to all visitors, and an exclusive „Campus“ reserved for registered business users. These Terms of Use apply to both areas.

**Please note:** The purchase of paid products and services — available exclusively within the Campus — is governed by our separate General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be presented to you for review and acceptance before any transaction.

Section 1 — Scope and Services

(1) These Terms of Use apply to all use of the portals operated by afema24.com Agentur für professionelles eBusiness Ltd. & Co. KG (hereinafter „afema24.com“), a company organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

(2) The services covered by these Terms of Use include:

(a) Accessing and reading freely available content (e.g., articles, reports).

(b) Subscribing to our email newsletter.

(c) Using interactive features such as comment functions (where offered).

(d) Registering for and using a personal user account to access the Campus.

Section 2 — User Registration and Campus Access

(1) **Registration required.** Access to the exclusive B2B area of our portals — the Campus — and the ability to purchase services require you to create a personal user account.

(2) **Business users only.** Registration and Campus access are available exclusively to individuals or entities acting in a business or professional capacity — not as consumers. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that you are acting in such capacity. afema24.com reserves the right to verify your business status and to decline any registration application at its sole discretion.

(3) **Accuracy of information.** You agree to provide truthful and complete information when registering and to keep that information current.

(4) **Account security.** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify afema24.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

(5) **Agreement.** Upon confirmation of your registration by afema24.com, a no-fee user agreement governed by these Terms of Use takes effect.

(6) **Termination.** You may delete your account at any time. afema24.com may also terminate this agreement at any time, including but not limited to situations where you have violated these Terms of Use.

Section 3 — Acceptable Use Policy

(1) When using interactive features (e.g., comment functions), you agree not to:

(a) post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or discriminatory in any form;

(b) distribute unsolicited advertising (spam) or chain messages; or

(c) post content that infringes the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or rights of publicity.

(2) afema24.com reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice and to suspend or terminate your access to interactive features.

Section 4 — Intellectual Property

All content published on our portals — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, and the trademarks EMEU® and Veganrando.com — is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law and is the sole property of afema24.com or its licensors. No reproduction, distribution, or other use beyond personal, informational purposes is permitted without the prior written consent of afema24.com.

Section 5 — Disclaimer of Warranties

THE CONTENT ON OUR PORTALS IS PROVIDED „AS IS“ AND „AS AVAILABLE.“ WHILE WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE ACCURACY, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENCY OF ANY CONTENT. AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO MONITOR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT TRANSMITTED OR STORED ON OUR PORTALS (E.G., USER COMMENTS).

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFEMA24.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Section 6 — Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFEMA24.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PORTALS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF AFEMA24.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Section 7 — Privacy

Protecting your personal data is important to us. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and process your data — including in connection with website usage, newsletter subscriptions, and account registration — please refer to our separate Privacy Policy.

Section 8 — Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

(1) These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

(2) For any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) or, at afema24.com’s election, before the competent courts in Germany.

(3) You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the use of our portals must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

Section 9 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
